                Are  You using any condition in the label to change the value

                Call one microflow in the on change event in the toggel 

Change based on the label (Selecting true means ---->true)

(false ---false)  or 

               if you using the static value means add two captions 

1.ON----->Based on the visibility you will change on means true

2.OFF-------------->off means false
