Afternoon all,   I've had a feedback widget on my app for a while but recently realised that my users were submitting feedback but it wasn't getting picked up sometimes. The user would be shown a popup saying their feedback had been submitted, but it wouldn't email either myself or the user with confirmation, and the feedback would not appear in the Feedback tab of my application.    After some testing I figured out that any feedback that was over 200 characters would be dropped by the system. Anything under 200 characters would go through fine, but anything over wouldn't, even though the user wouldn't be shown an error message, and would instead get a popup saying their feedback had been sent successfully.    This is very frustrating and I can't figure out why it is happening. It seems like a fundamental issue with the widget.  I'm not sure how best to update the feedback widget to see if a newer version will not have this issue. Any advice on why this is happening and how to get it to stop happening would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
