Microflow Label widget for Mendix 6?

I checked the documentation for the microflow label widget and it says : "This widget doesn't work in MX6. You can use the action trigger (native modeler widget) instead. " What is the action trigger and where can I find it?

The action trigger is the action button. These days you can use {1} variable parameters.

In case this doesn't suffice, I would recommend the CustomString widget as alternative to the Microflow Label.
