How to debug error mendix.sys.Server.xhr: invalid XML received

When opening a form with an image we, in certain cases, get the errormessage: mendix.sys.Server.xhr: invalid XML received. How can we best debug this error? Is there a corresponding lognode? Of course any input on the possible causes would also be appreciated. Thanks, Frans
