The print screen to pdf is now working however the contents is in the top left hand corner of the PDF and missing chunks leaving multiple blank pages below. How do i edit the layout and alignment of the PDF?!?! Widget documentation is non existent. i've tested using both IE v11 and chrome... last week it worked fine....
