CK Editor Issue – while I am pasting table of content from excel or word it is not coping cosmetic changes like colors and others. (Not coping back ground color and font color.)

1) Below is the required table from Excel/word need to paste in CK editor. 2) In CK editor I am pasting as below popup window (Screen for Pasting popup). If I am not using this is pasting twice as below (Screen for pasting twice). Screen for pasting twice: Screen for Pasting popup : 3) Then click on 'OK' button is showing as below in CK Editor. Not coping back ground color and font color.
