Bootstrap Multi Select

I am using Bootstrap Multiselect widget. I am unable to display any attribute value in the list. I know I am missing something simple in configuration. but couldn’t figure out Seeking advise from anyone who has used this widget. Below is  Domain Model view   and i am expecting the enumeration values to be displayed in the application but when i load the application it shows as below And if i click on the drop down nothing happens. Please help i am dead stuck and not understanding what wrong i am doing.   Thanks

Without implementing it myself, I would check whether the user you are using has the required entity (module) as well as project access.  Also, do you have data entries in GeoLocation?

I also getting same problem like if i click on the drop down nothing happens. Please help me where I am wrong
