Hi – Is there a way to export a Document to somewhere on my PC, a shared drive and specify the path so that I don’t have to save it manually there? With the app being in the cloud, wasn’t sure if there was a way to do this without SFTP or something similar.

You’re correct – since a browser can’t willy-nilly drop files to folders on your machine (that would be bad), you’ll need the Mendix server to do it from the cloud. For that you could leverage SFTP or something like OneDrive.
