EmailTemplate from App Store - Admin Page Doesnt Show Radio Buttons

Hi – I’ve downloaded the Email Template from the app store and inserted the “Administration” snippet from that app store widget, into a page. I should see radio buttons to select but don’t? The page layout seems to be interfering. Which page layout is optimal? I’m currently set to Atlas.
