I didnt understood following statement

Create a new page called EmailAdmin. Drop in the SMTPEmailModule.Administration snippit to give you access to those pages. I added Email Template in my project. But where we create EmailAdmin page in my Project module or in EmailTemplate module and if added then how to give access to step 2.

The EmailAdmin page itself should be created in one of your custom modules...for example a Settings module. You could add this page to you navigation and give acces to some sort of administrator role.

Then if you have created this page you drop the snippet from the Email module into the page.
