Network Drive Mapping Issues

Does anyone have some good documentation on setting up a file share between a windows machine and a unified comfort panel. I have looked at this page but doesn't provide a whole lot of insight. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/mdm/109810754?c=162267921931&lc=en-WW   I keep getting authentication failed though I have tested credentials with another windows machine to the file share machine and can make connection. I have tried many variations but I can't get the network drive working.

If authentication fails when connecting a network drive to the Unified Comfort Panel (UCP), the issue could be due to incorrect credentials. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. **Check Credentials**: Ensure that the username and password entered are correct. Verify that the specified user has access to the network drive.2. **Spelling**: Double-check the spelling in the input fields "Username" and "Password" to ensure there are no typos.3. **Network Path**: Make sure that the specified network path exists and is correctly spelled in the input field "Network Path".4. **Connection**: Verify the connection between the PC and the HMI device to ensure there are no network issues.5. **Permissions**: Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions to access the network drive.

If the problem persists, you may need to check the server settings and ensure that the network drive is properly enabled for access.
