I am working with the new workflow tooling in Mendix modeler 9.6.0 when I encountered the following situation.
Starting a simple workflow, I have two user actions. The workflow editor expects me to provide a user task entity for each user action, which is fine. Only, when I select the entity created for that on my second user action this results in an error "User task entity set for the user task should be used in only one user task".
This implies that for every user action in a workflow I would have to create a separate entity. We are working on several workflows where requests follow rather complex and extensive processes involving quite a few people. I cannot imagine the idea behind this is to create a new entity for every step: my domain model will be a mess.
Please allow the same entity to be used to track user actions in a workflow.
