When I create a page template for one of my workflows, I am forced to use a placeholder for ‘Generated input widgets’.
Although I like the concept where Mendix does stuff for me. For the placeholder for the Generated input widget, this means that whenever I create a page from the template, Mendix lists all the attributes of the business context entity without any means of formatting this.
So instead of saving me time, Mendix is now costing my time. I need to clean up the dump of attributes without any formatting or layout and then put in the snippet I prepared for these pages.
I am OK with the possibility to use a placeholder for generated input widgets. However, it should not be a requirement to use this placeholder.
