Allowing user to call Rules in Workflow decision would allow for far more complex decision logic that cannot be reduced to a single expression. This would also allow decision logic to be based on data that is out of the workflow scope, since it is already possible to use retrieve actions in rules.
Looks useful and will make workflow logic a bit more readable, but also can be circumvented by using "Call Microflow" action with needed outcomes.
