How to automatically open a page from workflow without using UserTask element?

I want to automatically create an employee, commit the object into database and show list of employees using workflow without using UserTask element.

Please use, Call Microflow within your workflow and you can do everything you want within that microflow

I doubt you can achieve what you want. Workflow is conceptually a background process, yet you want to show a page to a user online. If you need synchronous processing you need microflow and not workflow.
