Workflow not showing tasks in production environment

Hi everyone!   I am using a workflow on my app and it’s working fine while running locally, I can start the task and I am able to see it in the task inbox, also I am able to complete it but when I try to do this in my production environment I can’t see the task in the task inbox. It stays in 0 tasks even though I refresh it and reload the page.   Does someone know why is this happening or how can I fix this?   Thanks in advanced!

I had a problem with the type of users I was using so the tasks weren’t showing to them.  

I had to do a new sso configuration.
