Is there a tool to migrate existing workflows from other systems like K2 to mendix. Also, Can we directly establish a connection to database to reuse database models from systems like K2. I looked at the possibility of using microflows, what would be the better approach to reuse existing database instead of setting up entities for all the sql server db tables

As far as I know, there are no tools available to migrate workflows from K2 to Mendix. You could see if K2 has REST APIs available that you could use to retrieve workflow definitions and see if that would be a way to migrate the K2 workflows.
