Best practice in handling parallel Assignee User Role in workflow

Dear all, I’m using Parallel Split in WorkFlow to Assignee to multi-users as the admin screen I tried to use one microflow to use this but it’s not working as the microflow is called at the same time. The idea is to use one microflow to retrieve from the admin screen the user roles and assignees to them in multi-user tasks. Can anyone help me or have an idea? I really appreciate any help you can provide.
