After upgrading the Mendix version from 9.12.6 to 9.24.23 and deploying it, when initiating new processes within 5 hours after the service starts, the actions within the process do not execute. The status of existing in-flight tasks does not become incompatible either. Everything only returns to normal after 5 hours. Personally, I believe this triggers Mendix's Workflow Versioning and Conflict Mitigation mechanism, but I want to ask why it takes so long to execute? What is it related to? How should this execution time be estimated?
