Hi Team, I have a requirement where within a process workflow - the nth level approver should be able to add comments requesting more information and this task should also be shared with the initiator/ n-1 level user who can review comments and share the required information. But on trying some methods out I've come to the understanding that comments are not visible/accessible to a user if their user task has already ended, what can be a possible workaround to enable information sharing between both the users ?

Hi Apoorva ,
The Nth level User task can have three outcome ( Approve , reject and additional information requested ) . In the third branch ( Additional Information requested ) you can add a user task for the initiator . Hence the request will hold and task will be assigned to initiator to provide information based on the comment sent by Nth level Approver . Also use Jump activity after the user task and jump the process back to Nth level Approver . So he can verify the information and provide approval or rejection accordingly .
