It appears the selector for the text element is not correct. The id which is used is generated by mendix on every page rendering and hence can not be used as a reliable selector in test cases.

Selenium IDE is simply not aware of this, which is one of the reasons specialized tools for testing Mendix applications exists. Check ATS for example
