Unable to fetch all records in the list view.

I have used the same xpath in the export excel template as well as in the list view,but am unable to export all the records ,how do i fetch all the records and what would be the issue ?

What I normally do is see whether there is a specific attribute I am filtering on in the XPath that is causing an issue (i.e. remove them one by one and then check if I see different results pull through). Are you accessing the functionality with different users with different access perhaps?

Are you downloading any Associated Data in the Excel, if so can you the check what type of join is being used in the Association,Constrain and Sorting tab ?
