Xpath constraint in selectable objects in reference selector

Hi guys! I am building native mobile application. As part of application, Talent aquisition team has to schedule interview for candidate and assign it to the technical panel interviewer. While assigning the candidate to technical interviewer, instead of showing all technical interviewers list it is showing all list of user roles like Talent aquisition members and HR members. I have given the xpath constraint as [System.UserRoles='[%UserRole_Technical_Panel%]'] while developing the web application but when i was trying to use the same xpath in native , it is not taking.
