This is expected behavior.

After completing a Mendix certification exam, the certificate is not issued instantly. In most cases, it is processed and sent within a few days, but it can sometimes take up to 1 week depending on processing time.

You should receive an email confirmation.

If you do not receive anything after about a week, it is recommended to contact Mendix support directly.

Intermediate exam is procted exam, and this procted by the bot.

If something fishy suspected during the exam then result gets delayed.

Kindly wait for couple of days, you will receive mail from mendix academy.

After completing a Mendix Intermediate certification exam, the certificate is typically issued automatically within a short time after passing.

If you have not received it yet

If it has been several hours (or up to 24 hours) and you still do not see your certificate:

1. Check your Mendix Academy account (same account used for the exam)
2. Verify your email (including spam/junk folder)
3. Log out and log back in to refresh your profile

Usually, Mendix Intermediate Certification is issued within 3–5 working days after passing the exam. Since you have already raised a support ticket, it may take a little additional time depending on their response queue.

I recommend waiting a bit longer and also checking your email (including spam/junk folder). You can also verify your certification status in your Mendix profile.

If it’s taking more than a week, kindly follow up on your existing ticket for an update.
