Platform Notifications

Hi,

It would be nice if the IDE had some sort of platform notification / messaging ability in the IDE so that Mendix can share messages to it's customers quickly!

This could be useful for versions that contain security vulnerabilities / when Mendix really needs to let us know if there's an issue.

Some past issues it could have been useful for:

• 10.24.7 that got redacted.
• 10.21 that didn't get digitally signed correctly.
• Prompting users to move from the MTS -> LTS versions as they lose support at the end of September 2025.
• Letting people know when a new MTS / LTS version is released which is recommend to update too.

Having these notifications in the IDE prompts developers to action instead of monitoring release notes.
