Add a Scope To function in Page Explorer, or fix the incorrect horizontal scroll offset

Currently when working on complex screens, its a frequent behavior that as you are clicking around on different elements the Page Explorer resets its display back to the leftmost scoll rendering. This becomes a major nuisance if the elements you are working on are deep enough that all you end up seeing is a large blank section in the Page Explorer, requiring frequent side scrolling to see the elements you are working with.

My suggestion is to add some type of "Scope To Element" option, that temporarily sets the scrolling offset to the selected widget. This way, as you are working on say a dataview, you don't have to worry about the page explorer constantly resetting your horizontal scrolling. The alternative suggestion is to modify the page exlorer pane to stop changing the horizonal scrolling, or to more intelligently scroll to the actual widget name

The issue I have ran into with this frequent horizontal scroll behavior is a major disruption to my development efficiency, since I have to keep stopping and resetting the scroll dozens of times while working on a specific widget.
