Check parent folder before giving the Windows Defender performance warning

Every time I open a new branch/copy of my Mendix project, I get a message "Microsoft Defender affects performance" advising me to exclude the app folder. However, I have already excluded the parent folder in which I put all my Mendix projects. Therefore there is no need to exclude this specific folder and the message is only distracting.
