HelloI am trying to setup a sample teamcenter extension app with URLs currently having non HTTPs connectionWhile doing the new configuration setup, the pop up window is throwing an error for some unknown reason

Try adding a slash to the URLs (for example /tc/). The validator can be strict about the exact URL format, and sometimes it only accepts URLs that end with /.
