SMS generation is end with error for some time

Hi,  We have developed a module to generate SMS from mendix app using our service provider.  It is working most of the time and suddenly stops sending for some time, then automatically starts.    I am surprised, and clue less.    How to trace and set it right this behavior ?   Regards Sudhir

How are you talking to your service provider? If you are using REST you can set the "REST Consume" log node to "TRACE" to see the request and response messages. 

 

When you say it stops, are the messages reaching the service provider? If they are, the provider may just be processing them in a queue.
