workstation client not responding

hi,   I am trying to run workstation client in my Local pc and added a device through serial port COM3. I have virtualy connected the COM3<->COM4 to mimic the real device and running a simulator code in my local itself using java to send the data to port COM4.   the workstation is showing the device as it's there but it's going into "Not Responding"./file?guid=19703248381167551

Which version of Workstation Client are you running on?

Can you share the logs of the WS Client?

Edit: I can see on your screenshot that you're still using version 3.0. Could you please update to the latest 3.2 and see if this resolves your issue?
