One of the notable features is Maia, the AI assistant. Before we begin using Maia in real-time scenarios, we would like to understand more about its security framework. Specifically, we are interested in how security is managed in the background when using Maia, especially when sharing images and PDFs containing sensitive data. How does Mendix ensure the security of our data in these cases?

Maia doesn't really use our data to train. I would suggest to talk to relationship manager or mendix team for explicit support.
