Unable to start Mendix service console

I am using App version 2510.1.0 as my MDA file and Mendix Server version is 10.24.4.77222. However when I start service , it says directory name is invalid.My goal is to connect Opcenter v2310 SSO to My Mendix standalone installation once user login.

Can you explain further? I installed from my drive c under program files like its pretty normal. How can I solve the issue?
