Adding Native Swipe Widget

Went to Mendix Marketplace and downloaded the "Native Swipe Widget". After downloaded I was not able to see it in our Toolbox. I was planning to add it to the List view context because the current "List view swipe" is not working on Mendix version 9.24.

Just to confirm, are you adding the widget inside a native page (Atlas Native)?

No. Our platform is set to "Web and the layout is set to "HybridPhone_Default_WO (Atlas_UI_Resources)". We at the moment are trying to go from a version 8 to a version 9.24.41 Mendix app but not sure what the best way to convert our existing app to a little more modern app. What should we do?
