Hi Neelakandan, I haven't seen that error before. Sorry, it doesn't explain much and should be more helpful.
Looking at the source code, this should only happen on a low level network failure. Maybe the client can't connect to the management service? I'm assuming it's running on the same machine that you copied the registration token from, which means the management should be reachable.
Is the error reproducible after closing (right click taskbar icon and select Quit) and restarting?

As you confirmed in the customer support ticket, the new version 3.1.0 fixes this issue by using the operating system's certificates to establish a connection with Workstation Management.
