The Software Composition shows the used and the latest version of modules and widgets for your app, which is very usefull. An improvement would be if the latest version showed is compatible with the Mendix version of the specific App. For example: modelling and running an App in Mendix version 9 now shows the latest versions for Mendix version 10, which is not compatible. Using the software composition for e.g. audit reasons ('is our app up to date with the current and support components') suggests now that we're behind, which is not the case.
This feature is avaiable partially. in Software composition you may not see this info directlly, But from Studio Pro if you search desired component from marketplace it minimum supported version infor is given there.
