Mendix private cloud on AWS - Enable global application support

AWS EKS clusters allow to run their workloads in multiple regions.

However, Mendix Private cloud on AWS EKS clusters currently only supports ONE REGION.

Please consider to enable multi region. 

Even with 3 availability zones, A region outage can bring down all mendix apps.  

Failover cluster approach causes duplicate environments in mendix portal and can introduce errors by developers.
