Changing Disk Locations of an app that has been deployed on-prems on Windows

Hi, Is it possible to switch disk locations of an app that has been deployed on-premises on Windows? I have an app that has been licensed and deployed in the C: drive and want to switch it to the D: drive. What would the whole process be if I were to do this? Attached are screenshots of the current Mendix Service Console configuration.
