In windows or on-premise, Log rotation is controlled by MaxLogFileSize and MaxLogFileCount in Advanced Settings -> Log File Settings.When Application.log reaches the max size (default ~2 MB), it’s rolled and a new file is created.
If you only see one log file, it usually means the size limit hasn’t been reached yet or the limits were increased.Mendix does not do daily/hourly rotation by default.
