Log file rotation on Service Console

Hi everyone,   I create Mendix app with Studio Pro 10.24, and build Windows environment. I checked the files in the log path in Advanced Settings. There is only one log file, Application.log, and it appears that it is not being rotated. It doesn't seem to be mentioned in the Mendix DOCS either. When running Mendix in the service console on Windows, are log files rotated automatically?   Best Regards, Take

Hi, 

In windows or on-premise, Log rotation is controlled by MaxLogFileSize and MaxLogFileCount in Advanced Settings ->  Log File Settings.When Application.log reaches the max size (default ~2 MB), it’s rolled and a new file is created.

If you only see one log file, it usually means the size limit hasn’t been reached yet or the limits were increased.Mendix does not do daily/hourly rotation by default.
