It’s great to see tagging functionality added to Epics ! it’s an essential collaboration feature that helps streamline communication within teams.
However, the current tagging experience is inconsistent and often unreliable. In many cases, a user has to type a colleague’s name multiple times before the mention is recognized, and sometimes the tag doesn’t resolve at all. Heard this from many colleagues!
From a usability and productivity standpoint, this interrupts flow and discourages adoption of Epics as a core collaboration tool.
