S7 Connector PLC Connection Issue

Hello,   I'm configuring the PLC connection with the S7 Connector and I'm able to browse the tags. However, about 10 seconds after the PLC connection is established, the connection drops. I couldn't find any meaningful reason in the logs. Hello Fatih,

 

You can try to log in to the connector web interface or config tool, and in the PLC connection section see if you have enabled the option "TCP Keep-Alive" or connection keep alive something like this, if this isn't configured or the timeout is set to the 10s the connection is terminated.

The default is 10s that is why I believe it can be this.
