got an error while trying to onboard an IE virtual device: can not connect to IEM. Please check internet settings, while I could access the IEM via browser.

Hallo, I am currently trying to onboard an IE virtual device via Hyper-V to our existed IEM, which I have done before without any problem. But this time, I run into an error, as shown in the figure, saying: "can not connect to IEM. Please check internet settings, network configuration and retry". But at meantime, I am able to connect the IEM via browser, and the IE App Publisher is also able to connect the IEM. I have tried, reboot the laptop, using different internet, reset the virtual machine, but none of them helped. current settings: The IEM is hosting in the siemens network, which is not public accessible. I can only access to it when I have the Zscaler VPN enabled. But now I am working remotely, so I am using my own internet at home. (I am assuming that somehow inside IEVD it can't access through Zscaler VPN, but a month ago I have successfully onboarded another IEVD at home, now I am really confused.) I would be very appreciate if anybody could give me some hits on it.

First thing I am going to do is control the ping when I encounter same connection issue.
Please check the connectivity directly from inside the IE Virtual Device (IEVD). After opening the IEVD in Hyper-V Manager, connect to its console, and access the terminal or shell. From there, run a simple ping <IEM_IP_OR_DOMAIN> and curl -v https://<IEM_IP_OR_DOMAIN>. If these commands succeed, the IEVD can reach the IEM, and the issue is likely related to the Publisher or UI. If they fail, the problem is network-related, such as the VM’s network configuration, VPN, routing, or firewall settings.
