A common cause can be the Studio Pro patch version. Mendix 10.24.0 may work in theory, but in some cases the plugin menu may not appear correctly in the first patch releases. Because of this, I recommend updating to a newer 10.24.x patch version (for example 10.24.8 or later). Since Mendix 10.24 is an LTS release, Marketplace plugins generally work more reliably on the latest patches of that version.
It could also be related to licensing, depending on how the Industrial Edge environment is configured. To validate your licensing, please contact the support.
