Industrial edge connectivity

Is there some way i can publish data to databus from my pc or any other devices acting as publisher/suscriber outside the device?I also want to know the generic networking pattern to follow when connecting to any external resource.Also what are these connectivity settings in the device for?

@ROHIT ROHIT You can try to use external databus in industrial edge device and try to Pub/Sub from your PC
