Mendix Studio Pro – MaiA chat error only on my account: “Failed to communicate with the AI service. Please try again.”

When I use the MaiA chat inside Mendix Studio Pro, I consistently get the error:“Failed to communicate with the AI service. Please try again.”The issue happens only for my Mendix account. Other accounts (e.g., colleagues) can use MaiA on the same machine/network without this error (if applicable), or the problem disappears when I sign in with a different account.Could this be caused by account-level quota/usage limits or any temporary restriction on my account?

Yes, it really sounds like something account-related, especially if other accounts are working fine on the same machine and network. It could be a temporary restriction, quota limit, or missing MaiA access for your account. I’d probably try signing out and back in once, but if the issue still happens only for your account, then it’s best to raise a support ticket with Mendix so they can check it from their side.
