How can I transfer my certificates, learning paths, and other content from one Mendix account to another?

As Ronald mentioned, the most reliable way is to request help from Mendix Support.

However, there is also a DIY method:

  • Go to your Profile page.
  • In the top-right corner, find the Merge Profile button.
  • Enter the email address of your old account and submit a merge request. This will combine your certifications, learning paths, points, and progress. Please note: this action is permanent.
  • If you cannot access your old account, Mendix Support will manually review your request and take the necessary steps to merge it.
