I have personally not seen any intermediate coupons released in recent times.
But you can still write the exam by applying directly from the certification page (https://academy.mendix.com/link/certifications/22/intermediate), or you can get in touch with Mendix Academy partners (https://partners.home.mendix.com/link/instructor-led-trainings)
