Hello Community, I have a Mendix application deployed on Mendix Public Cloud, and our corporate network team is requesting a fixed/static IP address (inbound or outbound) for firewall/VPN allowlisting. What we have observed The application URL resolves via DNS to a Mendix-managed AWS Elastic Load Balancer The resolved IP addresses are dynamic There is no Networking section available in the Mendix Portal Mendix Support has confirmed that: Static IP addresses are not provided for Mendix Public Cloud Site-to-site VPN is not supported in Mendix Public Cloud My question Is there any supported way to obtain a fixed IP address for a Mendix Public Cloud app (inbound or outbound)? If not, is there a commonly accepted workaround used by customers to satisfy IP allowlisting requirements without moving to Mendix for Private Cloud? I am specifically looking for: Confirmed limitations (yes/no on static IP) Practical, real-world alternatives that have passed corporate security reviews Thank you in advance for your guidance.
