Dark mode panels should have a dark Windows frame when they are decoupled from Studio Pro. I have a multi monitor setup and decouple them so I can use Studio Pro over multiple monitors.
I noticed the panels have light topbars which should be in Dark Mode.
I wouldn't call it a bug, but it would be nice to have this consistent.
