Page in modeller freezes everything. I need to work on that page.

Good Morning,We have an application in version 10.24.14. Everytime I go onto a certain page everything just freezes and get the Not responding warning. When I close that page it goes back to normal and work freely. It happened for my colleague too. Has anyone had this before? Is there something we can do so we are able to work on it?Thanks in advanceJess

Could you share a bit more detail so we can help better?


- What are you trying to do on that page? (edit a data grid, add a widget, etc.)

- How many widgets are roughly on it?

- Does it freeze immediately when you open the page, or after a few seconds?


This will help narrow down the cause.

Jessica,

Can you try duplicating that page (in the App Explorer, right mouse on the page and select Duplicate). If that works, can you see if you are able to open the duplicate page and work with it?
