Based on your message, it looks like you're already on the latest version of the Native Mobile Builder. The issue might be something specific to your configuration. To confirm your version, navigate to:

[C:\Users\<YOUR_USER>\AppData\Local\Mendix Builder\]

Right-click the Mendix Native Mobile Builder.exe → Properties → Details tab, and check the file version.

I've attached a screenshot of the working version I'm currently using — I was able to build successfully without any issues on this. Hope this helps narrow it down!
